"Total Rip-off"
Honestly, I feel like I've been cheated. I had to fork out cash for two things: the credit builder and the credit builder loan, both costing 60 bucks. It claims I can get that back once I settle up, but I've been paying and nothing's changed. No improvement in my credit score either. Out of the two credit builders on Kickoff, I'm only seeing 30 bucks returned, which is just ridiculous. Let me break it down: I closed both accounts and noticed zero difference. All I'm getting back is my savings, not the 60 plus 60 for that service. What's the point of all this?

Their customer service is solid, but I was hoping my credit score would improve with their help, and sadly, it didn’t. I found the ideal boost I required from creditmasonofficial; you should check them out on Instagram. They employed a totally different approach to address the discrepancies on my report.

"Lousy record keeping and lack of common sense"
I never signed up for this service, yet it appeared on my credit report as late. I provided all the details they requested, and they shut down the account, but it still remains on my credit report. I lodged a complaint with the BBB, and they requested the info once more. I really don’t want to resend it to a company that clearly lacks decent record management or common sense. It makes no sense for them not to take it off my credit report.

It's really frustrating because I've been attempting to log back in for about 20 minutes, and they keep telling me my phone number is already in use. But I'm supposed to be able to log in! This is just ridiculous; don't ever log out, 'cause you won't be able to get back in.
